I had an amazing time exploring the beautiful priory park, just a short stroll from my stay, and the nearby great malvern priory was a delightful landmark worth visiting. the staff here were incredibly caring and attentive, making my solo trip even more enjoyable.

The spa facilities were rejuvenating with a lovely warm pool and jets.

The dining service was frustratingly slow, impacting our overall experience.

The warm welcome from the staff was memorable, and the treatments were exceptional. the room felt outdated and somewhat basic for the price, with cleanliness needing attention. Breakfast had a long wait. it was a nice getaway, but improvements are needed.

This place was a great fit for a holiday in Great Malvern with excellent value for money. The food in the restaurant was lovely, with plenty of choices at breakfast. Remember to ask for lighter lunch options if you're not in the mood for a heavy meal.

The Executive Double Room was really nice and comfy. The bed felt luxurious, with super soft pillows and silky sheets—like sleeping on a cloud! Everything was clean and well-kept. Plus, I loved the little coffee setup in the room. Just enough space to unwind after a long day at the spa. Only thing was that the light from the corridor sneaked under the door, which was a bit bothersome at night. But overall, a solid stay.

The spa treatments were out of this world,, I got a 60-minute massage that almost put me to sleep. The atmosphere was so chill, just laying by that warm outdoor pool with a cocktail in hand made me forget everything else.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive,, but for what you get, I’d say it’s worth it.

Spa was excellent, but dining service was chaotic and unorganized. Not worth the price.

The heated pool was a highlight. I loved the pampering treatment at the spa. The gym facilities were top-notch too, especially for any fitness enthusiasts. it was a super relaxing getaway where I felt pampered and rejuvenated.

Clean room, elegant bar, with exceptional service when our luggage was taken to our room, making our stay truly enjoyable. The spa facilities were fantastic and included a steam room, hydrotherapy pool, and sauna, all in a very well-maintained environment.

I had a delightful night’s stay with a fantastic experience at the spa. The indoor/outdoor pool was a highlight, allowing relaxation no matter the weather. Staff were exceptionally welcoming, and my room was clean and comfortable, contributing to a restful night. I found the breakfast service to be a bit slow, which could be improved.
